By participating in the Cloudrooms Landlord Referral Campaign (the "Campaign"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This Campaign is organised by Cloudrooms Ltd., whose registered office is at Botanical Works, 2 Jubilee Street, London E1 3FU, United Kingdom.  

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Campaign is open to all existing landlords ("Referrers") registered with Cloudrooms Ltd. who refer a new landlord ("Referred Landlord") and/or their property to Cloudrooms Ltd. during the Campaign Period.

1.2. A Referred Landlord and/or property must not already be registered with or known to Cloudrooms Ltd. in any capacity.

1.3. While the Referrer and Referred Landlord do not need to be residents of the United Kingdom, the referred property (or properties) must be located within the United Kingdom.

1.4. The referred property must be registered with the appropriate property registries in the UK, such as:

- HM Land Registry for properties in England and Wales,

- Registers of Scotland for properties in Scotland, or

- Land and Property Services for properties in Northern Ireland.

1.5. The Referred Landlord must provide evidence of legal ownership of the referred property as recorded in the relevant property registry.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 1 December 2024 to 31 December 2024 (the "Campaign Period").  

3. Referral Process

3.1. To participate, the Referrer must submit the contact details of the Referred Landlord, with their prior consent, via the official Cloudrooms referral form or by email to [email protected].

3.2. A valid referral is defined as:

- The Referred Landlord signing a tenancy agreement for a new property with Cloudrooms Ltd. within 90 days of the referral date.

- The onboarding process for the Referred Landlord's property being successfully completed by Cloudrooms Ltd., including verification of property ownership through the appropriate property registry.

3.3. Referrers may make multiple referrals, provided each referral is for a unique landlord and/or property not previously registered with or known to Cloudrooms Ltd. Each valid referral will count as a single entry into the prize draw.  

4. Prize

4.1. The prize for the Campaign is a £500 Amazon voucher.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.  

5. Prize Draw

5.1. Each valid referral made during the Campaign Period will be entered into a random prize draw.

5.2. The prize draw will take place on 15 January 2025.

5.3. The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries under the supervision of an independent observer or using a certified random draw tool.

5.4. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner will be selected.  

6. Conditions for Entry

6.1. Referrals for properties already managed by Cloudrooms Ltd., properties at renewal stages, or landlords with existing agreements with or previously known to Cloudrooms Ltd. are not eligible.

6.2. Referrals will only be accepted for properties that:

- Are located within the United Kingdom.

- Have valid registration with the appropriate UK property registry (HM Land Registry, Registers of Scotland, or Land and Property Services).

6.3. Referrers must obtain the explicit consent of the Referred Landlord before submitting their details to Cloudrooms Ltd..

6.4. Employees of Cloudrooms Ltd., their families, and anyone directly involved in the Campaign are not eligible to participate.  

7. Legal Compliance

7.1. This Campaign is a free prize draw and does not require payment or purchase to enter, in compliance with the UK Gambling Act 2005.

7.2. Cloudrooms Ltd. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, including the validity of referrals and adherence to these Terms & Conditions.  

8. Disqualification

Cloudrooms Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise acts fraudulently.

9. Changes and Termination

- Cloudrooms Ltd. reserves the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

- Any changes to the Campaign will be communicated on the Cloudrooms Ltd. website.  

10. Liability

Cloudrooms Ltd. accepts no liability for:

- Incomplete or delayed referrals due to technical issues.

- The inability to contact the Referrer or Referred Landlord due to incorrect information provided.  

11. Data Protection

Any personal data collected during this Campaign will be processed in accordance with Cloudrooms Ltd.’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.  

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.   For further inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].
